Integrity policy

Transparent from start to finish

Integrity has always been important at Brainspot Executive. The emergence of GDPR on the 25th of may 2018 did not change the way we work, since we have always had integrity and data protection in mind in our daily business. It is important for us to continue to be transparent, and thus we made our integrity policy public.

What information we save

Before sharing information to Brainspot, we inform how and to whom this data is shared. We take responsibility in training our staff in how data should be handled properly.

Both clients and candidates are informed regarding what information we need and how we will use it.  What information we store differs between clients and candidates.

Information stored about candidates

  • Contact information such as email and phone number

Information stored about clients

How we use the information

Information about the candidate is sent to the client during the recruiting process. The candidates have to give permission for this information to be shared. The employees are sworn to professional secrecy.

Data is saved for 24 months, unless we are specifically asked to delete it. We do not sell, rent or lease out personal data. Since our primary business takes place in Sweden, so does our data.
